Mandy and family moved to the Scottish Highlands in 2014 for a quieter life among the beautiful scenery.
Mandy had the opportunity to cook for royalty as head chef
at the Castle of Mey. It was there her love for delicious treats and cakes was discovered and so CoCo Chocolatier was founded.
A gap in the market for home-made and locally sourced ingredients ment CoCo was soon on its way to becoming a recognised name with craft fairs and other local events.
You may have seen CoCo Chocolatier at many events in the Scottish Highlands, a few minutes from the North Coast 500. Also on Scotland's Route 66 Facebook page.
And you may have already tasted some of our chocolates if you have visited some of these wonderful locations such as the award winning Captains Galley - Scrabster
Castle of Mey - Mey
Puffin Croft - John O' Groats
Eye Candy - Thurso
